As an old retired navy machine mate I am perfectly capable of figuring out what's wrong with my system. Having already figured out the problem I called a company out and they told me it was something entirely different so I kicked them off my property, and then another company tried to sell me an additional part on top of the one that was bad. They were promptly shown the door as well. So you can understand how pleased I am when your technician came to our home and not only told me exactly what was wrong but to my amazement he went through the system and wrote down everything. It's reassuring to see at least one honest company, I will tell everyone I know about Ameri-Serv. Thanks

We had four estimates to have our air conditioning unit replaced and Ameri-Serv beat all the other quotes by several hundred. They answered all our questions and even explained how the Federal tax thing works. The air conditioner was installed the very next day and it looks great and works perfect. We have also used Ameri-Serv before for repairs in the past and they were very prompt and willing to work with our schedule.. unlike some others. Having rental properties I have come to know several AC contractors and Ameri-Serv is the one of the only companies that has really impressed me as being willing to work with us and upfront about the problems every time... I can comfortably tell all my friends to use Ameri-Serv.

Gentlemen,
We wish to thank you for the "courtesy call" to our home. It was most embarrassing to discovery that we were actually the sole cause of the malfunction of the furnace.
The gentleman who responded to our after hours cal was very gracious and explained just what had happened to our unit. He had been here previously and we both feel very comfortable for he is always courteous, professional in manner and knowledgeable in his work.
