With over 30 years experience with maintenance, repair and retrofits on large commercial buildings with equipment as big as 800 tons we have a unique ability that our competition does not have, the ability to look at the big picture.

We specialize in knowing your entire facility very quickly and how it functions in relation to how the occupants utilize the facility. Knowing these factors helps determine the overall system operation, it's efficiency and effectiveness. It helps in troubleshooting both mechanical problems and automation system programming problems. We have strong technical experience with not only commercial systems but many automation systems as well, including Siemens, Alerton, Delta, Automated Logic, Johnson Controls and more.

We are highly skilled at providing consultations and assessments for your equipment and systems, with our background in automation programming and mechanical system operations and maintenance we can provide solutions and recommendations that many firms cannot through our combined experience with large commercial facilities.
