Please read the terms and conditions carefully

Ameri-Serv, Inc. recommends that all HVAC parts on HVAC equipment be installed ONLY by qualified technicians that are properly licensed for work on HVAC equipment in the state the part is installed. Be Advised that part manufacturer warranties may be void if not installed by licensed, qualified technicians or contractors.

WARRANTIES: Ameri-Serv, Inc. does not provide any warranties for parts unless the part is installed by Ameri-Serv, Inc. All parts are warranted by the manufacturer only, any warranty claims must be initiated and processed by the purchaser through the part manufacturer only. Ameri-Serv, Inc. or it's agents are not liable for any part defect or any damage or loss of life that may result from any part installed on any equipment. Be Advised that part manufacturer warranties may be void if not installed by licensed, qualified technicians or contractors.

PART RETURNS: All part returns are subject to inspection prior to any issuance of any credit or refund. Damaged parts, parts previously installed or damaged packaging will result in no refund or credit applied to the purchaser. Returns on any Electronic or Electrical Parts of any kind are NOT accepted. Returns on any hot surface igniter or other similar highly fragile components are not accepted. Original shipping or delivery costs are not refundable. All Shipping Cost of any return part is solely the purchasers responsibility. NO "COD" WILL BE ACCEPTED.  All Parts Return Require a Return Authorization Number "RAN" issued by Ameri-Serv, Inc. Prior to shipping. Any part returned without the required RAN will not be accepted. All return parts must be shipped to the follow address: 13601 West McMillan Road  S/102-120 Boise, Idaho 83713 and must be in the original undamaged packaging and the part must be undamaged and never installed.

SHIPPING: Shipping and Handling is Calculated based upon the address provided in the above submitted form. There is No Guarantee of ANY part availability or ANY shipping times.

DELIVERY: Delivery is available in ADA and CANYON Counties of Idaho Only, Delivery costs is Calculated based upon the address provided in the above submitted form. Deliveries are made generally within 24 hours of when the request is submitted within M-F 8-4. There is No Guarantee of ANY part availability or ANY delivery times.

PURCHASES: All parts purchases, shipping or delivery costs are to be paid in full prior to any part being shipped or delivered. No Exceptions.

LIABILITY: Ameri-Serv, Inc. it's agents, employees or any affiliates shall not be held liable for any property damage, loss of life or any other losses or other costs associated with or any other cost issues legal or otherwise with regards to or associated with any parts sold under this agreement. The use and/or installation of the part(s) is fully understood to be solely under the control and discretion of the purchaser only and the purchaser agrees to assume any and all liability as well as any and all costs whether they be legal or any other costs associated with any part or parts and their use that are purchased under this agreement.
